G7 forms a final waterproof barrier on wounds ulcers or injuries. The wound must be cleaned if this is the first treatment but this may not be required at subsequent treatments. Then only Aquatec or Cauteriser is applied and the wound gently blotted dry before G7 is lightly sprayed. G7 needs to dry before the fish is returned to the water so sedation will make the application more successful. The cream should be used separately to G7, as it will affect the seal.
